May 2015: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Dynamic Pet Products and Frick’s Meat Products, Inc. for allegedly misleadingly marketing the Real Ham Bone For Dogs as an appropriate and safe chew toy for dogs when the bone is actually dangerous and many dogs have suffered serious injury and death as a result of chewing the toy. (Reed et al v. Dynamic Pet Products and Frick’s Meat Products, Inc., Case No. 15-cv-987, S. D. CA.).
