July 2018: Plaintiff filed a Notice of Appeal regarding the Court’s June 2018 decision.

June 2018: A federal judge granted the company’s motion for judgment on the pleadings concluding that the bottles do not mislead reasonable consumers.

July 2017: Another class-action lawsuit was filed against Henkel Corp. for allegedly deceptively packaging Purex Crystals in opaque containers with approximately 30% empty space. The case was transferred to federal court in August 2017. (Macaspac et al v. Henkel Corp., Case No. 17-cv-1755, S. D. CA.)
