September 2015: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Progenex Holdings for allegedly misleadingly marketing Progenex More Muscle, a dietary supplement. Specifically, the complaint alleges that the company misleadingly represents that the product contains 20% more Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs) than regular Whey Protein Isolate (WPI) when such claims are actually not true. In addition, the complaint alleges that the company falsely markets the product as being enhanced with growth factors when, in reality, the product does not contain any growth factors at all.
