In early 2012, a class action was filed asserting that Brain Research Labs falsely marketed Procera AVH as improving brain function.  Procera AVH was primarily sold through direct marketing channels.  (O’Brien, et al. v. Brain Research Labs, LLC, Case No. 2:12-cv-00204-FSH-PS, D.C.NJ.)

Update:  In May 2012, the court preliminary approved the settlement of this case.  For information with respect to the settlement, go to the settlement agreement.
