November 2014: A false advertising class-action lawsuit was filed against Campbell Soup Company in September 2014 (and transferred to federal court in November 2014). Specifically, the complaint alleges that the company labels Prego sauces as “100% Natural” when they actually contain genetically modified ingredients. (Nelson et al v. Campbell Soup Company and Does 1-50, Case No. 14-cv-2647, S. D. CA.).
