August 2017: This action was stayed pending a settlement in a related lawsuit in California state court case, Amiri v. MyPillow.

January 2017: Plaintiffs filed an amended complaint adding a second false advertising allegation, namely that MyPillow’s 50% off promotions are deceptive because the regular price of the pillow is inflated to approximately twice the regular price and therefore the 50% discount is illusory.

October 2016: A class-action lawsuit was filed against MyPillow for allegedly deceptively advertising that consumers who purchase one pillow will get a “free” pillow when, in reality, consumers are not getting a “free” pillow because the regular price of one pillow is inflated resulting in consumers getting two pillows at or near the regular price of two pillows.
