October 2016: A class-action lawsuit was filed against MyPillow for allegedly deceptively advertising that consumers who purchase one pillow will get a “free” pillow when, in reality, consumers are not getting a “free” pillow because the regular price of one pillow is inflated resulting in consumers getting two pillows at or near the regular price of two pillows. (Brunelle et al v. MyPillow, Inc., Case No. 16-cv-2007, D. Ore.)
