In December 2019, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Price Chopper alleging that the front labels of pics vanilla almondmilk misleadingly represent that the characterizing flavor in the product is vanilla when, according to plaintiffs, the ingredients list shows that the product contains “Natural Vanilla Flavor With Other Natural Flavors.” (Fore-Heron et al v.
