November 2018: This action was transferred to federal court. (Case No. 18-cv-2634, S. D. CA.)

October 2018: A class-action lawsuit was filed against General Mills for allegedly deceptively packaging Annie’s Homegrown cereals using You know when you buy a big bag of chips, and you’re all psyched for a feast, and then it turns out there are like, three chips in the bag? That bag is slack filled.ed packaging. Specifically, the complaint alleges that the opaque containers contain approximately 50% empty space. (Jackson et al v. General Mills, Inc., Case No. 2018-00052079, California State Court – San Diego)
