In August 2014, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Organic Milling LLC for allegedly falsely labeling its cereals – including Nutritious Living Hi-Lo Original Flavor and Nutritious Living Hi-Lo Strawberry Flavor – as “100% natural” when they actually contain genetically modified crops and synthetic ingredients. (Mirto et al v. Organic Milling LLC et al, Case No. BC553780, Superior Court of the State of California, Los Angeles).
