In August 2014, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Organic Milling LLC for allegedly falsely labeling its cereals – including Nutritious Living Hi-Lo Original Flavor and Nutritious Living Hi-Lo Strawberry Flavor – as “100% natural” when they actually contain genetically modified crops and synthetic ingredients.
