Underwear seller strips a number of marketing claims after a TINA.org inquiry.
A class-action lawsuit was filed against Vantage Travel Service for allegedly making deceptive representations about its “Majestic Rivers of Europe” tour (a European tour that travels through Austria, Germany, and Hungary). Among other things, the complaint alleges that travelers paid for a 15-day luxury cruise but instead received a five-day cruise and eight-day bus trip. (Hebert et al v. Vantage Travel Service, Inc. d/b/a Vantage Deluxe World Travel and Vantage Adventures, Case No. 17-cv-10922, D. MA.)
