The plaintiffs allege that the company falsely advertises Cell Food as having “the unique ability to release oxygen and hydrogen throughout every cell in the human body,” and thus capable of delivering improved levels of consumer energy, endurance, and health, when it doesn’t have proper scientific support for such claims.
