(a web-based company that offers a clothing rental subscription service) for allegedly failing to adequately present the terms of its automatic renewal and continuous service offers resulting in subscribers being charged without their consent. (Vasquez-Cossio et al v. Le Tote, Inc., Case No. 19-cv-347, C.D. Cal.)
