Specifically, plaintiffs claim the company advertises the tea will assist weight loss by reducing excess body fats and accumulated toxins when, according to the plaintiffs, it does not contain any weight loss ingredients or fat burners and its main ingredient, Cassia Anjustifolia, or Senna Leaves, can actually prevent weight loss.
