June 2015: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Hershey for allegedly misleadingly using You know when you buy a big bag of chips, and you’re all psyched for a feast, and then it turns out there are like, three chips in the bag? That bag is slack filled.ed packaging for Ice Breakers® Ice Cubes Sugar-free Gum to make consumers believe they are buying more than they actually are. According to the complaint, the container can hold approximately 60 pieces of gum while it contains only 40 pieces of gum. (Hu et al v. The Hershey Company, Case No. 15-cv-3741, E. D. NY.)
