November 2018: The case was dismissed When a complaint is dismissed with prejudice, it cannot be refiled. because the parties reached a settlement agreement, the terms of which have not been disclosed.

February 2018: This case was consolidated with Haris v. Kimberly-Clark. Later in February, plaintiffs filed a consolidated complaint making similar allegations.

March 2017: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Kimberly-Clark for allegedly falsely advertising its Huggies Natural Care Baby Wipes as “natural,” “gentle,” “hypoallergenic,” and made with the “simplest formula for a gentle clean” when the wipes actually contain non-natural, synthetic, and chemical ingredients. (Sebastian et al v. Kimberly-Clark Corp., Kimberly Clark Worldwide, Inc., and Kimberly-Clark Global Sales, LLC, Case No. 17-cv-442, S. D. CA.)
