July 2019: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Post Consumer Brands for allegedly misleadingly representing that the primary sweetener in Honey Bunches of Oats breakfast cereals is honey when, according to plaintiffs, the cereals contain only small amounts of honey and are primarily sweetened with sugar, corn syrup, and other refined substances.
