In March 2018, a class-action lawsuit was filed against I Heart Foods Corp. for allegedly misleadingly representing that the predominant ingredient in I Heart Keenwah quinoa puff snacks is quinoa when, according to the complaint, the snacks contain more rice ingredients than quinoa. (Ransom et al v. I Heart Foods Corp., Case No. 18-cv-1465, E. D. NY.)
