In February 2020, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Graco Children’s Products and Newell Brands for allegedly misleadingly marketing the Graco Little Lounger Rocking Seat, Duet Glide LX Baby Infant Gliding Swing and Napper/Portable Sleeper, and DreamGlider Gliding Seat and Sleeper as suitable places for infants to sleep without warning parents that the inclined sleepers are dangerous for infants and may lead to serious injuries and death.
