In March 2014, a class-action lawsuit against Popcorn, Indiana, LLC was transferred from state court to federal court. Among other things, the complaint alleges that Popcorn, Indiana, LLC falsely advertises its FIT popcorn products as “low-fat” and “low-calorie” when, in reality, the snacks are not lower in fat or calories than other full-calorie snack foods.
