Features of Headlights in Toyota Rav 4

A false advertising class-action lawsuit was filed against Toyota in November 2017 (and amended in June 2018). Specifically, the complaint claims that the company falsely advertises that the headlights in 2016 Rav 4 vehicles turn on and off automatically and adjust to ensure proper lighting for the driving conditions when, according to the complaint, not all models of the RAV4 vehicles come equipped with lights with the automatic on/off feature. (Plaintiffs filed an amended complaint in June 2018.) (Zheng-Lawson et al v. Toyota Motor Corp. et al, Case No. 17-cv-6591, N. D. CA.)
