Evenflo Big Kid Booster Seats
Between February and April 2020, multiple class-action lawsuits were filed against Evenflo Company for allegedly misleadingly marketing that its Big Kid Booster Seats are “side impact tested” and safe for children who are 30 pounds when, according to plaintiffs, testing shows that the car seats leave children – especially children under 40 pounds – at risk of serious injury in side-impact crashes.
