In September 2019, a class-action lawsuit was filed alleging that N.C.W.C., which markets auto service warranties provided by Palmer Administrative Services, sends misleading emails to consumers that bear the deceptive subject line “Important Hyundai service information” when the emails are actually advertisements for extended warranty coverage on automobiles.
