Discounts on New York and Company’s Website
Allegations: Misleadingly advertising discounts from artificially inflated reference prices

(Hedrick et al v. New York & Company, Inc. and New York & Company Stores, Inc., Case No. 17-cv-1153, S. D. CA.)
