Coca Cola Freestyle Souvenir Cup at Universal Parks
In October 2019, a class-action lawsuit was filed against NBC Universal for allegedly falsely advertising that the purchase of a Coca Cola Freestyle Souvenir Cup at Universal parks comes with unlimited refills when, according to plaintiffs, the refills are not unlimited as the Coca-Cola Freestyle beverage machines that are used to refill the cups are programmed to limit the number of times a cup is refilled. (Arnaud et al v. NBCUniversal Media, LLC, Case No. 19-cv-9594, S. D. NY.)
