Plaintiffs claim that the companies make consumers believe they are getting more pasta than they actually are by using the same size boxes for its specialty pastas and traditional pastas even though the boxes of specialty pastas contain 25% less pasta. According to the complaint, the boxes of specialty pasta contain 12 ounces of pasta and the boxes of traditional pastas contain 16 ounces of pasta. (Clevenger et al v.
