May 2019: Plaintiffs moved for final approval of a proposed settlement agreement that would provide class members with $1 refunds for every product purchased but class members without proof of purchase may not receive more than 15 refunds per household. 2013: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Johnson & Johnson for allegedly falsely advertising its Aveeno® Baby Brand skin care products – including Wash & Shampoo and Calming Comfort Bath Baby Wash – as being natural when, according to plaintiffs, the products contain synthetic ingredients.
