October 2018: Plaintiffs filed a renewed motion for class certification asking the Court to certify two modified classes.

2011: A false advertising class-action lawsuit was filed against Tropicana Products, Inc. in 2011 (and amended in 2012) for allegedly falsely marketing Tropicana orange juice as “not-from-concentrate” and “100% pure and natural” when, according to plaintiffs, the juice is heavily processed, colored, and flavored.
