In August 2018, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Kimberly-Clark for allegedly misleadingly marketing Huggies Snug & Dry Diapers® as being safe for infants when, according to plaintiffs, the diapers cause rashes that need medical attention and medication. (Morales et al v. Kimberly-Clark Corp., Case No. 18-cv-7401, S. D. NY.)
