Friendly Farms Vanilla Almondmilk Products

In June 2020, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Aldi Inc. for allegedly misleadingly advertising that vanilla is the flavoring ingredient in Friendly Farms Vanilla Almondmilk when, according to the complaint, the ingredients list does not include a vanilla ingredient and reveals the beverage contains unspecified “Natural Flavors.” (Guzman et al v. Aldi Inc., Case No. 20-cv-2550, E.D.N.Y.)
