Xperience Fitness Monthly Gym Memberships
In January 2019, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Xperience Fitness gym for, among other things, allegedly misrepresenting that the monthly price for Fit Memberships is $21.99 when, according to the plaintiffs, the gym actually charges significantly more each month.
