October 2014: This action was voluntarily dismissed When a complaint is dismissed without prejudice, an amended version of the complaint can be refiled., the reasons for which have not been disclosed.

July 2014: A class-action lawsuit filed against Whole Foods Market California, Inc. was transferred from state court to federal court. The complaint, which was originally filed in June 2014, alleges that, among other things, Whole Foods misleadingly labels its products – including 365 Everyday Value Cola, 365 Everyday Value Ginger Ale, 365 Everyday Value Root Beer, 365 Everyday Value Organic Tomato Ketchup, and 365 Everyday Value Organic Chicken Broth – as “all natural”, when they actually contain unnatural ingredients. (Stafford v. Whole Foods California, Inc., Case No. 14-cv-00420, E.D. AR.).
