Welch’s Fruity Bites
Multiple class-action lawsuits filed in 2026 allege that Welch’s Fruity Bites are falsely marketed as containing “Zero Sugar” when they contain the sugar allulose. One of the lawsuits also alleges that Welch’s Fruity Bites are falsely advertised as containing “No Preservatives” when they contain the preservative ingredient citric acid.
