January 2016: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Victoria Fine Foods for allegedly falsely marketing Victoria® Premium Vodka Sauce as being “All Natural” and containing “No Preservatives” when it actually contains citric acid, a non-natural, chemically processed ingredient and preservative. (Shmidt et al v. Victoria Fine Foods, LLC, Case No. 16-cv-230, E. D. NY.)
