June 2015: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Tween Brands, Inc. for allegedly deceptively offering 40% off of its entire store when the store is actually charging consumers the regular price for products and the consumers are not getting a discount because the sale is continuous and ongoing in nature. (Legendre et al v. Tween Brands, Inc., Case No. 15-cv-4088, D. NJ.)
