In February 2020, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Save-A-Lot Holdings for allegedly marketing that vanilla is the exclusive flavoring ingredient in Truli almondmilk beverages when, according to the complaint, the ingredients list shows that the beverage contains “natural flavors” instead of vanilla.
