2018: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Trader Joe’s for allegedly misleadingly implying that its Ts & Js Sour Gummies are made with only natural ingredients by failing to disclose that the gummies contain artificial ingredients. The lawsuit was originally filed in state court in March 2018 and transferred to federal court in May 2018. (Wong et al v. Trader Joe’s Company et al, Case No. 18-cv-869, S. D. CA.)
