In August 2020, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Trader Joe’s Company for allegedly misleadingly marketing that the predominant ingredient in its 12 Grain Mini Snack Crackers is a multigrain flour blend when, according to plaintiffs, the ingredients list reveals that the crackers contain more enriched flour than multigrain flour blend. (Rosenfeld et al v. Trader Joe’s Company, Case No. 20-cv-3717, E.D.N.Y.)
