Kettle ‘Air Fried’ Potato Chips
Lawsuit alleges Kettle is cooking up something deceptive with its “air fried” claims.
In June 2019, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Citgo Petroleum and Orscheln Farm and Home for allegedly misleadingly marketing that tractor hydraulic fluids – including Premium 303 Tractor Hydraulic and Transmission Fluid and Mile Master 303 Tractor Hydraulic Fluid – meet certain 303 manufacturer specifications when, according to the complaint, the 303 designation is obsolete and the specifications have not been available for over 40 years. The complaint also alleges that the tractor hydraulic fluids provide anti-wear and protective benefits when, according to the plaintiffs, they do not provide such benefits and actually cause damage to equipment.
