THAYERS Natural Remedies
In October 2019, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Henry Thayer Company for allegedly falsely advertising THAYERS® Natural Remedies products – including deodorants, facial mists, and toning towelettes – as “natural” when, according to plaintiffs, the products contain synthetic and abrasive chemical ingredients. In addition, the complaint claims that the company markets its dry mouth sprays as “Preservative-Free” when, according to plaintiffs, the products actually contain multiple preservatives. (Lisowski et al v. Henry Thayer Company, Inc., Case No. 19-cv-1339, W. D. PA.)
