September 2020: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Diamond Pet Foods for allegedly falsely marketing dog foods – including Taste of the Wild High Prairie Canine Recipe with Roasted Bison & Roasted Venison Dry Dog Food – as “grain free” when, according to plaintiffs, testing shows that the dog food contains a significant amount of grain. (Spivey et al v. Diamond Pet Foods, Inc., Case No. 20-cv-1788, C.D. Cal.)
