(a company offering monthly subscriptions for “Lord of the Rings”-related interactive games and other products) for allegedly failing to adequately disclose the terms and conditions of its automatic renewal and continuous service offers and cancellation policy. (Secola et al v. Turbine, Inc. and Does 1-10, Case No. 16-cv-1086, E. D. CA.)
