May 2018: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Yogi Surprise for allegedly failing to adequately disclose the terms and conditions of its subscriptions for lifestyle and jewelry boxes. (Kissel et al v. Yogi Surprise LLC, Case No. 18-cv-758, C.D. Cal.)
