
FTC Sues LA Fitness for Making Consumers Sweat Gym Memberships

In May 2019, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Mott’s for allegedly failing to adequately disclose the source of characterizing flavors in Stewart’s Fountain Classics sodas. According to the plaintiffs, the company discloses that the Orange ‘n Cream, Black Cherry, and Key Lime sodas are “Naturally and Artificially Flavored” and that the Cream Soda is “Artificially Flavored” in small font in the lower right corner of the glass bottles.
