Steaz Iced Green Tea
In February 2020, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Tipp Distributors for allegedly misleadingly marketing that Steaz Iced Green Tea is “lightly sweetened” on the front label when, according to plaintiffs, the ingredients list shows that sugar is the second most predominant ingredient and the drink is actually high in sugar. (Taylor et al v. Tipp Distributors, Inc., Case No. 20-cv-712, E.D.N.Y.)
