Specifically, the complaint alleges that the companies represent that the “Anti-Cellulite iPant” and the “Instant Slimmer” shapewear fight against cellulite and promote fat destruction when, according to the plaintiffs, the nutrients contained in the fabric cannot permanently cure cellulite, destroy fat, or cause weight loss.
