Sales at Under Armour Outlets

In April 2020, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Under Armour for allegedly falsely advertising discounts on merchandise sold at its outlets. Specifically, plaintiffs claim that the retailer misleadingly represents that customers are getting a significant discount off of a false, artificially inflated “original” price to make customers think they are getting a good deal. (Dahlin et al v. Under Armour, Inc., Case No. 20-cv-3706, C.D. Cal.)
