Roundup® “Garden Weeds” Weed & Grass Killer Products
In April 2017, two class-action lawsuits were filed against Monsanto Company for allegedly falsely marketing Roundup® “Garden Weeds” Weed & Grass Killer products as targeting an enzyme “found in plants but not in people or pets” and as safe for humans and animals when, in reality, the active ingredient, glyphosate, targets an enzyme found in people and pets and affects their health.
