In April 2019, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Weight Loss Products for allegedly misleadingly advertising that RK Pure Raspberry Ketone Capsules are natural fat burners when, according to plaintiffs, the capsules do not burn fat and contain unnatural and synthetic ingredients.
